SR-22, what is it?

An SR-22 is a form that demonstrates to the authorities that you have an auto insurance policy in force. If your auto insurance policy cancels the insurance company notifies the authorities. Unfortunately that’s the law. What causes an SR-22 to be required?  DUI, reckless operation, lot’s of moving violations, driving without auto insurance...etc. You typically have to maintain the SR-22 for three years.
